牛扒加入少量黑椒、鹽同rosemary調味，肉奴用低溫煮4小時後再用大火煎香表面，牛扒外面同紅紅烈火產生梅納反應，將牛油香氣爆發出黎!

牛扒約3成熟，解凍後用熱水浸1.5分鐘，就會變5成熟，浸3分鐘，就會變7成熟!
