草飼牛的特色係將牛隻放養在o係自由活動的廣大草原,空氣清新及廣闊的環境,因此草飼牛的肉質吃起來精瘦,脂肪量較少。放養的草飼牛食物來源係天然的牧草及當季各種植物,新鮮的牧草中含有較多的胡蘿蔔素所以草飼牛排的脂肪顏色偏淡黃色。
肉奴(HKMEATLO)選擇左超薄油西冷,脂肪平好似紙咁薄,只有2-3mm,同比其他西冷脂肪少幾倍。雖然草飼牛油花較少,肉質較緊實但絕對唔會鞋,店長實測口感味道滿意,而且性價比超高,最適合備餐用。
