Shipping Details


  1. For the door-to-door delivery, no delivery fee is needed for purchasing HK$500 or above. If the amount of less than HK$500, HK$65 delivery charges will be applied.
    **Not available for the Outlying Islands or Extended areas**

  2. For the SF Cold Chain Self Pickup Service, no delivery fee is needed for purchasing HK$380 or above. If the amount of less than HK$380, HK$50 delivery charges will be applied. The pickup locations can be referred to Applicable SF Stores.

  3. The door-to-door delivery service does not cover the buildings  without direct elevator access. If there is no relevant direct access facilities, customers need to pick up the goods on the ground.

  4. The provided delivery time is for reference only; the logistics company will do their best to accommodate it. If the actual delivery time does not align with your schedule, please contact our company. Do not agree with the delivery personnel to leave the items at the management office or outside your door. If food is left outside or at the management office, our company cannot guarantee the quality or safety of the food.
