SHIPPING & PAYMENT

1. 購滿HK$500免費全港*送貨上門, 未滿HK$500需收取$65運費。

買滿$380可免費到順豐冷凍自取站自取，順豐營業點或順豐站。

如選擇到食品工場自取，買滿$380更可減$50。食品工場地址可按此。

*不適用於離島及偏遠地區; 愉景灣需另加60元運費及送貨日子僅限星期二/四/六); 上門送貨服務不覆蓋沒有升降機直達的樓層和唐樓(8級棲梯為一層),  如於沒有相關直達設施, 客人需自行到地面取貨。

2. 貨物將於付款後2個工作天內派送(平日正午12點前落單最快翌日送到)，如急需收到貨物，可whatsapp客服安排。(最終派送日期及時間將視乎地區及日子)

3. 如果需要查詢物流狀況 或 更改派送時間/日期，請盡早Whatsapp/致電 +852 5525 0813。

4. 網站提供之派送時間只為參考，物流公司會盡量配合，如果實際派送時間未能配合，請與本公司聯絡，切勿自行答應派送員將件放置管理處或門外。若食物放置門外或管理處，本公司將不能確保食物品質或安全。

1.No delivery fee* is needed for purchasing HK$500 or above. For the amount of less than HK$500, HK$65 delivery charges will be applied. SF Cold Chain Self Pickup Service will be available for purchsing HK$380 or above. The pickup locations can be referred to Applicable SF Stores or SF Business Stations.

HKD$50 will be discount for self pickup at our food factory located in Tsuen Wan for purchsing $380 or above.

*Not available for the Outlying Islands or Extended areas. Delivery to Discovery Bay will only be available on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday with extra HK$60 delivery cost. The door-to-door delivery service does not cover the buildings  without direct elevator access. If there is no relevant direct access facilities, customers need to pick up the goods on the ground.

2. Customers will receive the products within 2 working days after payment is completed (The order placed before 12noon will be delivered on the next day at soonest during weekdays). (Please note that the courier might change the delivery schedule according to actual circumstances.)

4. The delivery time slots provided on the website is for reference only. The logistics company will try its best to cooperate. If the actual delivery time cannot be accomodated, please contact us. Do not allow the delivery person to leave the package at the management office or outside the door. If food is left outside the door or at the management office, we cannot ensure food quality or safety.
