牛肩胛肉眼扒牛味濃郁，極佳級油脂豐富平均而且肉質帶有咬勁，適合慢煮/烤焗，特點係一個字:巨。

每塊胛肉眼扒都成塊面咁大，但係勝在價錢極平，係普通肉眼一半價錢，甚至更平，所以有Poor Man’s Ribeye(窮撚肉眼)之稱!

由於性價比極高，極適合大隻佬增肌用，又可以去燒烤時帶一塊去，夠成班人食。巨大既扒形，一拎出黎已經震撼全場，斧頭排都要行埋一邊!
