北海道熟帆立貝在當地捕撈後，用高溫蒸煮消毒，再以急速冷凍blast freezing技術鎖住鮮味，冰面極少而且每粒肉質結實完整，絕對係極品。

熟帆立貝2L碼粒粒都勁大粒，同檸檬差唔多，而且味道鮮甜，用黎牛油煎、韓燒或做小炒都得，極易處理。
